Always an adventure...come join us for the 2026 Wild Wunderbar Getaway! Kick off the Summer with your fellow Porsche friends for an unforgettable getaway to the lakeside Stonewall Resort in Weston, WV. The 2026 Wild Wunderbar Tour is a 2-night minimum event, with the option of staying a 3rd night. Optional organized activities are planned for those staying the 3rd night at the resort.
This adventure departs from Gainesville VA on Friday 12 June where we will navigate the rolling Shenandoah countryside before traversing some of the best roads through the Allegheny Mountains of WV. Along the way you'll be treated to a gourmet lunch at the historic Graceland Inn & Restaurant. After checking into the resort, guests will enjoy an Icebreaker Social event located on a picturesque lakeside patio.
On Saturday we depart the resort for another epic drive through the mountain ranges of WV scaling the 4,848 foot Summit of Cheat Mountain for a Top of the World lunch within the trendy Snowshoe Village. Bring your cameras, this nearly mile-high elevation offers stunning views of the surrounding Appalachians Mountains. Saturday evening dinner will be served at the scenic Lightburns Restaurant. This regional favorite is known for it's fine dining served in a sophisticated hilltop setting that overlooks the resort.
On Sunday (for those choosing to stay a third night), after two solid days of driving some of the best roads on the East Coast, our guests will enjoy a welcomed respite. Participants are free to enjoy the varied amenities offered by the Stonewall Resort as detailed below. It's also customary for the remaining group to enjoy an organized drive in the morning followed by a group gathering in the evening.
ABOUT THE RESORT: While at Stonewall Resort, there will be plenty of down time for guests to relax and enjoy all the resort has to offer. Participants can explore the open waters, venture along 20+ miles of pristine hiking trails, hit the links at the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, enjoy Sporting Clays, get pampered at the spa, or lounge around the indoor/outdoor pool and poolside Bar.

(Stonewall Resort will be providing a designated parking area, along with two car washing stations...complete with buckets and hoses.)
REGISTRATION FEE: $235* per person (includes all taxes, gratuities, and service fees):
- Friday Gourmet Lunch at Graceland Inn Mansion
- Friday Night Icebreaker with Heavy Hors D'euvres- *Cash Bar*
- Saturday Night Dinner at Lightburns Restaurant.
ALLERGIES: Please notify event host at peters@pcapotomac.org of any food allergies.
Payment will be collected from confirmed registrants 3 weeks prior to the event. *As event coordination is on-going, the registration fee is subject to a small change.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: We have secured a special rate of $291 a night which includes all taxes and fees. ONCE CONFIRMED for the event, you will receive an email notification with a special link to book your hotel room. The resort will require a deposit equal to one (1) night's stay to hold each reservation.
Event requirements
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- Registrants will be limited to two persons per party so we can maximize the number of participants.
- Registrants will initially be listed as “New” or "Wait-listed" if the event is filled to capacity.
- Formal notification of acceptance into the event will be sent via email. You are responsible for updating your profile in motorsportreg.com (MSR) website to include your current contact information.
- If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- PCA Potomac Drive & Dine rules will be followed for the safety of all participants. (Discussed at the drivers’ briefing).
- IF YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL.
PAYMENT
- PCA Potomac accepts only credit cards for payment. You are responsible for maintaining VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION in your MSR profile.
- Payment will be requested from your designated credit card 1 month prior to the event.
- Billing problems result in notification by email with limited time to resolve due to the short billing cycles. If the issue is not resolved, you may be canceled from the event.
- Credit card and billing information uses secure connections and is protected by MotorSportReg.com. You are the only person who has access to your card number. We only see the last four digits for billing purposes.
Hotel Cancellation
- Please notify the Dine and Drive event POC directly PRIOR to canceling your hotel reservation so the room can be transferred to someone on the wait-list.
- The hotel deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. There will be no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or downgrades.
Event Cancellation
- Cancellation must be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event, to get a full refund. If you cancel within two (2) weeks of the event, you will be issued a refund only if we can fill your spot from someone on the waitlist.
- If you must cancel, please cancel as soon as possible to allow others from the waitlist to attend.
