Your entry is accepted!

You and all guests are required to sign the track waiver at the gate AND sign the PCA waiver as well.

Drivers with less than four track days will be required to have Instruction, unless signed off by a PCA instructor to drive solo.. Students are assigned to instructors on a first come first served basis. If your eligibility to drive solo is in question, please contact Bob Bruington, email Aircooled911sc@gmail.com.

The gates will be open at 6:30am. Sign the PCA and Laguna Seca waivers. Park your car in the paddock, pick up your registration packet at the CCCR registration desk. Place your Tech form and 24 hour safety tech form on your windshield, if possible, raise your front hood showing you are ready for the saftey tech. Prepare your car for the 24 hr safety check, numbers on, loose objects removed, helmets available. We will come to your car. Safety check must be completed before 8:00am, if you are late, your car will be teched after the Drivers Meeting, you could lose track time. You will receive a green dot to be placed on your windshield. You will not be allowed on the track without the green dot

Our new Tech form is here: CCCR 2025 Tech Form.docx . This is a new Tech Form which is valid for 60 days,and a 24 hour Safety Tech. The 24 hour Safety Tech to be performed at the track by CCCR Tech Inspectors. Please print the form on two sides New PCA Rules allow Instructors to self tech if capable and qualified. All other participants must have "Auto based Business" tech your car. If you are near San Luis Obispo, we offer a free tech inspection at The Stable Porsche Repair. 750 Francis St., San Luis Obispo, CA., on a date to be named later. Please have full tech completed prior to attending the event! We do not supply tech at the track.

Starting 1/1/19 PCA has required a head and neck restraint devise for any car with 5 or 6 point harness systems. Instructors please note, if you have a passenger in your car, he or she, must have equal restraints to yours including head and neck restraints.

Helmets must be Snell SA, SAH, K or M, 2020 or newer after June 30th. Prior to June 30th, 2015SA helmets are approved. A limited supply of helmets are available to rent at the track.

Registration at the track will open at 6:30 AM and close just at 7:45am prior the mandatory drivers meeting at 8:00am.

Registrant Responsibility for Cleanup and Damage: Responsible registrant shall, at Registrant’s sole risk and expense, be responsible for any and all damage to the Rental Facilities, including but not limited to, County’s electronic equipment, the racing surface, paddock, fencing, guardrails, buildings, utility vehicles and all other equipment, including equipment owned or used by Manager, which may be used by the Registrant in the Rental Facilities. Registrant is responsible for the cost of compliance with: (a) Cleanup, removal and disposal of trash, tires, mud, gas cans, and other debris left on property. Waste oil must be deposited in the Recycle Oil certified dump stations only. Antifreeze, brake fluid, and other used chemicals, must be removed from the facility. The Registrant will pay for clean up in the event of contamination of the certified oil receptacles.

(b) Cleanup and/or repair of damages caused by fuel or chemical spills or damage in any of the Event areas during the term of this Agreement, whether caused by Registrant or by Registrant’s personnel, employees, guests, invitees, spectators or participants. In the event of a gas or oil spill on any asphalt surface, immediately notify Manager’s personnel.

(c) Cleanup and/or repair of damages, including the on-track asphalt or in any of the Event areas caused by an Electric Vehicle fire. It is the responsibility of the Registrant to communicate the EV quantity and safety needs to organizer.

(d) Unauthorized materials placed in the oil recycling receptacles. The Registrant will pay for disposal, cleaning and handling imposed by the oil recycling pick up center.

The payment to the Track Management shall be paid by the end of the day, or if not practical due to the unknown amount of the damage, within thirty (30) days of determining such damage.

California Central Coast Region PCA is not responsible for any damage caused by the Registrants.
